Hey y'all! So happy to meet you! I am a true Southside Virginia girl raised in Lunenburg County. Although I appreciate growing up in the country, you'd be hard pressed to get me away from the conveniences of suburban life now. I am incredibly passionate about serving others. Luckily I am able to do that on a daily basis not only in real estate, but in mentoring and coaching. Whether encouraging others to be their best selves or guiding folks through sales processes, my greatest satisfaction comes from simply being able to help. I aspire to be a great friend, an outstanding mother, an amazing wife and a good soul who always strives to serve God and others.
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs, including 3 generations of real estate professionals, so it's literally in my DNA. My maternal Grandfather started this family obsession over 80 years ago.
If I’m not prepping a house for sale, negotiating contracts or tackling our latest reno project, you can find me with “my people” - my best friend and husband of 19 years, Jason, our two awesome kiddos, Abby & Grayson and our very mischievous Black Lab, Jeter.
Hi, I’m Erin Walsh – I actually have five names so lots of people just shorten it all to “E.” Most days you can find me planning/working on/fixing some sort of DIY project around my house or trying to keep up with my three daughters, which means driving them to their various sporting events and practices! I am extremely fortunate that my DIY “hobby” has become a passion that has led to a second career. Being in real estate for so many years has kept me in the know for local trends and new ideas as well as learning the ins and outs of home updates. It’s amazing what you can learn when you attend almost 100 home inspections!
I truly enjoy working with people during their house-hunting journey. I am lucky to be able to have the skills and area expertise to help them find “Home.” As a realtor, I have been recognized as a Top Producer under 40. Co-founding Black Dog Renovations has me looking forward to delivering more amazing updated homes, with the help of some of my favorite local contractors, to the Midlothian market.
When I’m not working on home improvement or real estate, you will find me hanging out with my amazing husband, watching him cook (I know my limits), going on “family field trips” around Virginia, spending time with friends and all of our kids, or training for my next obstacle course race. Oh yeah, I’m a touch on the competitive side. Nice to meet you!
I'm Kelly! From growing up in Midlothian to buying my first home in the Near West End, I just love all that Richmond has to offer. There’s such abundance in style and neighborhoods, which makes matching my clients with their dream home so fun. I’m a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in business which I use to bring an advisor’s approach to my work. My real estate experience began with two of Richmond’s most successful home builders. This provided me with intimate knowledge of how homes are constructed and market trends which gives my clients a distinct edge when buying or selling a property. Since 2006 I’ve seen it all in Richmond real estate—the ups and the downs! This valuable experience gives me a deep well to draw from when recommending strategies to my clients—whether it be a first home purchase or custom build. I pride myself in treating every transaction as if it were my own. When not working with clients, I can be found entertaining at home, at the beach, or in the mountains with my husband, three sons, golden retriever and cat - not to mention plenty of friends and family! When Kate and I met, we immediately recognized in each other our shared goals of creating a concierge style real estate experience and haven't looked back since! The Kate and Kelly Real Estate Group was born, allowing us to offer our clients two experienced agents working on your side to communicate, negotiate, and strategize every step of the way. Together we look forward to going to “work” each and every day and we are so grateful for all of our amazing clients past, present and future!
Hi all! I’m Kate ! I absolutely love living in Richmond, VA! My family made the decision to “move back home” after living in Northern, VA for many years…it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! We love Richmond’s history, southern charm, and the amazing new food scene! When I decided to become a Realtor, it was a natural next step for me after working as a mortgage loan officer and banking manager. I am passionate about helping people achieve their home goals - whether it be buying, selling or building their home! On most days you will find me hard at work helping my clients make their home dreams a reality. When I’m not working, I spend any opportunity I can with my family and friends. My husband and I are both JMU grads and met there over 20 years ago! We have two beautiful daughters, a golden retriever and two adopted guinea pigs. When Kelly and I met, we immediately recognized in each other our shared goals of creating a concierge style real estate experience and haven't looked back since! The Kate and Kelly Real Estate Group was born, allowing us to offer our clients two experienced agents working on your side to communicate, negotiate, and strategize every step of the way. Hi there, I'm Susan Farmer. Most days of the week I'm working at my desk at my home in Midlothian with a sweatshirt on every season of the year...even summer! I'm a mother to 3 adorable boys: Bowen, Henry Mc & Grey, and wife to my uber handsome husband, Reid.
I love serving the world by being there for others and creating relationships with people that bring joy, happiness, support, laughter and strength when needed. I am most passionate about my family, friends and doing my best for the people both personally and professionally. OH, and the Virginia Tech Hokies!! ;)
All through high school and college when I would try to think of what I wanted to "be" when I grew up, one thing was for certain - I wanted to work with people, engage with them and provide exceptional service by utilizing my ability to develop a relationship. I thrive on human interaction and pride myself on being able to understand and relate most personalities.
Fun Fact about me: I love to dance, not well but fiercely for sure.
Not so Fun Fact about me: I'm terrified of flying. This is something I'm trying to work on so if you have any suggestion...please let me know!!
Hey Friends! I’m Raven. I am a mom of two girls, one in college at Virginia Tech– GO HOKIES, And my other is a student at Deep Run in Glen Allen. I have two bull dogs (Benjamin and May), a pug (Odin), two black kitties (Ellie and Sticious), a fish (Rudy) and a gecko (Ezra)– we are animal people over here! My favorite things to do are working out, cooking, shopping, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with my closest friends and family. I love traveling, drinking wine, and the water…..anything or anywhere on the water.
I’m a Richmond girl, born and raised, and I absolutely adore this City and love being a part of the community and bringing life back into properties! I have been a Realtor since 2002 and my passion is design. I like to make things PRETTY! Give me a budget and your trust and I can make it happen : )
I enjoy working with people and creating long lasting relationships. One of my biggest accomplishments, besides my children, are finding friends in my clients (after finding their dream home of course) Ha! Every day I am thankful for the opportunity to help people and make connections. I work side by side with my clients with the help of my team to navigate each transaction with the upmost honesty and integrity and fierce negotiation tactics possible.
I look forward to getting to know you too!
Hi there! It’s so nice to meet you. I am Dawn and I want you to sit with me and tell me your story. I want to know all of things that make you…well - you! Until we have a chance to chat over a cup of coffee, or my particular beverage of choice - bourbon - I will tell you a little about me.
I was born Winston-Salem and grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia. As a music professional, I had the opportunity to live in Nashville, Rome, Sardinia, FiumicinoI and literally sang for food and lodging! (Many a karaoke night paid my rent!) After a career in the dental industry, I transitioned into real estate. Over the past 10 years, I have been fortunate to live my passion of serving others. I have the absolute pleasure of helping hundreds of families in their home journey and this privilege I do not take lightly. Until we meet in person, I will leave you with my favorite quote from author, Brene Brown - "I do not believe that cussing and prayer are mutually exclusive.”
