Hey y'all! So happy to meet you! I am a true Southside Virginia girl raised in Lunenburg County. Although I appreciate growing up in the country, you'd be hard pressed to get me away from the conveniences of suburban life now. I am incredibly passionate about serving others. Luckily I am able to do that on a daily basis not only in real estate, but in mentoring and coaching. Whether encouraging others to be their best selves or guiding folks through sales processes, my greatest satisfaction comes from simply being able to help. I aspire to be a great friend, an outstanding mother, an amazing wife and a good soul who always strives to serve God and others.
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs, including 3 generations of real estate professionals, so it's literally in my DNA. My maternal Grandfather started this family obsession over 80 years ago.
If I’m not prepping a house for sale, negotiating contracts or tackling our latest reno project, you can find me with “my people” - my best friend and husband of 19 years, Jason and our two awesome kiddos, Abby & Grayson.
Erin Walsh, Realtor
Hi, I’m Erin Walsh – I actually have five names so lots of people just shorten it all to “E.” Most days you can find me planning/working on/fixing some sort of DIY project around my house or trying to keep up with my three daughters, which means driving them to their various sporting events and practices! I am extremely fortunate that my DIY “hobby” has become a passion that has led to a second career. Being in real estate for so many years has kept me in the know for local trends and new ideas as well as learning the ins and outs of home updates. It’s amazing what you can learn when you attend almost 100 home inspections!
I truly enjoy working with people during their house-hunting journey. I am lucky to be able to have the skills and area expertise to help them find “Home.” As a realtor, I have been recognized as a Top Producer under 40. Co-founding Black Dog Renovations has me looking forward to delivering more amazing updated homes, with the help of some of my favorite local contractors, to the Midlothian market.
When I’m not working on home improvement or real estate, you will find me hanging out with my amazing husband, watching him cook (I know my limits), going on “family field trips” around Virginia, spending time with friends and all of our kids, or training for my next obstacle course race. Hi there, I'm Susan Farmer. Most days of the week I'm working at my desk at my home in Midlothian with a sweatshirt on every season of the year...even summer! I'm a mother to 3 adorable boys: Bowen, Henry Mc & Grey, and wife to my uber handsome husband, Reid.
I love serving the world by being there for others and creating relationships with people that bring joy, happiness, support, laughter and strength when needed. I am most passionate about my family, friends and doing my best for the people both personally and professionally. OH, and the Virginia Tech Hokies!! ;)
All through high school and college when I would try to think of what I wanted to "be" when I grew up, one thing was for certain - I wanted to work with people, engage with them and provide exceptional service by utilizing my ability to develop a relationship. I thrive on human interaction and pride myself on being able to understand and relate most personalities.

Hey Friends! I’m Raven. I am a mom of two girls, one in college at Virginia Tech– GO HOKIES, and my other is a student at Deep Run in Glen Allen. I have two bull dogs (Benjamin and May), a pug (Odin), two black kitties (Ellie and Sticious), a fish (Rudy) and a gecko (Ezra)– we are animal people over here! My favorite things to do are working out, cooking, shopping, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with my closest friends and family. I love traveling, drinking wine, and the water…..anything or anywhere on the water.
I’m a Richmond girl, born and raised, and I absolutely adore this City and love being a part of the community and bringing life back into properties! I have been a Realtor since 2002 and my passion is design. I like to make things PRETTY! Give me a budget and your trust and I can make it happen : )

I was born Winston-Salem and grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia. As a music professional, I had the opportunity to live in Nashville, Rome, Sardinia, FiumicinoI and literally sang for food and lodging! (Many a karaoke night paid my rent!) After a career in the dental industry, I transitioned into real estate. Over the past 10 years, I have been fortunate to live my passion of serving others. I have the absolute pleasure of helping hundreds of families in their home journey and this privilege I do not take lightly. Hi! I’m Erin Bohannon, and don’t tell anyone, but I’m originally a “Northerner”, having spent my pre-adult life living in either Maryland or Massachusetts, with a brief southwest stint in Arizona. But since I’ve now lived in Richmond (specifically, Midlothian) longer than I’ve lived anywhere else, I claim it as my true hometown.
My love for RVA began in college, when I moved here to study accounting & leadership at the University of Richmond (go Spiders!). After moving to the DC area for work in public accounting and private equity, our family answered Richmond’s call over a decade ago to return in search of less traffic & a thriving community in which to raise our two young girls (Heidi & Charlotte) - we found both here! My husband Robb is a childhood Midlothian resident and die-hard Virginia Tech alum.
I embarked upon a second career in real estate after returning to Richmond. My business and analytical background, plus my natural attention to detail serve me well in advocating for both buyers & sellers. I love helping buyers visualize the potential & opportunity in the homes we tour. It thrills me to show sellers how simple changes to their homes (through staging, renovations, or organization) can increase their potential buyer pool & yield strong financial returns.
Since joining the team at Open Gate, I’ve also had the opportunity to lean into one of my passions as the new face of Organized Chaos, an OG Collective company.
